By accessing or using JobRoute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
JobRoute is an AI-powered career platform for Indian students. You must be 16 years or older to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
We offer Free, Starter (₹199/month), and Pro (₹499/month) plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are processed within 7 business days for genuine cases.
Sessions booked through JobRoute are subject to HR mentor availability. JobRoute retains 20% platform fee. HR mentors receive 80% of session fees. Sessions must be conducted professionally.
Our AI features (career quiz, resume analyzer, chatbot) are provided for guidance purposes only. Results are suggestions and not professional career advice. Always exercise your own judgment.
You may not misuse the platform, post false information, harass other users, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for illegal activities.
JobRoute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings. Termination does not affect previously incurred obligations.
