We use collected information to provide personalized AI career guidance, match you with relevant job listings, connect you with HR mentors, send OTP verification emails, and improve our platform. We use AI (Groq Llama) to analyze your career preferences.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with HR mentors only when you book a session. We use Razorpay for payments (governed by their privacy policy), Firebase for data storage, and Resend for email delivery.
We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and secure API communications to protect your personal information.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion anytime through the app Settings > Delete Account or by emailing support@jobroute.co.in.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your preferences in Settings, or contact us to exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws.
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
